I wouldn’t bitch about getting MY photo taken. The Oldest daughter had a choral concert tonight. Youtube Video is slowly uploading, you’ll probably have to wait til tomorrow for that. But I did try some portrait attempts with my camera tonight. So, today’s Project 365 photo would be my oldest daughter’s portrait. Hey, I’m a Mom, I get to brag once in a while!
The first thing I do every morning is grab my fluffiest socks to warm up my feet. I have very cold feet. I do this even before I get my coffee. THAT is how crucial warm feet are to me. So, after my coffee today, and getting a few things done, I said…I’m going to go take a walk with my camera. I needed my Project 365 photo for today. I put my hair up in it’s typical ponytail from hell (it’s extremely long right now), put my jeans on, and then went to put my shoes on.
That is when, without ever leaving my house, I saw today’s photo. Clearly I wasn’t even HALF awake when I put on my fluffy socks this morning.
Shortly after getting this, my batteries died. I can only assume they died laughing.
I’m a bit late in reporting this bit of good news, but better late than never. The Hubby has been OFFICIALLY promoted to e6 (Staff Sgt). Which, gives me my photo for the day!

My birthday went well. My youngest daughter simultaneously made me breakfast and mortified her father when she informed me in the kitchen that she got her period. When I returned to the bedroom to rouse hubby, the poor man was in the fetal position with his ears covered saying “I did NOT need to hear that!!”. Poor guy. It’s not easy living with three women. He probably deserves a medal.
Today, we await the start of the AFC Championship, which is the subject of today’s Project365 photo. GO STEELERS!!! And what the heck, GO EAGLES!! Let’s make it a Turnpike Bowl in 2009!!

I guess turning 35 is a milestone somehow. I always swore I had no problem with aging, but for some reason this particular number is annoying me. I’m sure it will pass. No, I’m not writhing on the floor in a fetal position desperately clutching my youth and mumbling about anti aging creams. But I am starting a blog project. Thanks to Niki. It’s called Project 365. Starting today, I’m posting one photo per day. My thinking is one, it will get me back to blogging more, and two, dust off my photo skills. The first picture is today. Then I need to set up a Flickr account or something to store them all in order.
Todays lucky subject is the always photogenic, more cooperative than the kids, and adorable…Daisy! Daisy just had a birthday too. On Janary 15, she turned 6!
